We are seeking a compassionate Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide specialized assessment, treatment, and management of acute and chronic wounds.
Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.Administer advanced wound care procedures, prescribe medications, and interpret diagnostic tests to guide treatment.Educate patients and caregivers on wound care techniques and preventive measures.Monitor healing progress, document findings, and adjust treatment as needed.Collaborate with specialists for comprehensive care and stay updated on latest wound care practices.Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to legal standards, and participate in quality improvement activities.Location: South Bend area. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ($85,000-$120,000), benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling. The work involves on-the-road visits, ensuring high-quality patient care.
