We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner for a full-time role in Columbus, IN, working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

In this position, you will assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans related to hormone optimization, weight management, and athletic recovery. Key duties include conducting patient evaluations, administering therapies, providing education, and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care.

Candidates should hold an active Indiana NP license, preferably with experience in hormone therapy or functional medicine, and possess strong clinical and communication skills.
