Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

Our multidisciplinary, patient-centered pain management practice seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team.

Provide evidence-based, comprehensive care through assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.

Conduct patient consultations, follow-ups, and manage chronic pain conditions.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, educate patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and ensure accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.

Requirements include an active NP and RN license, DEA license, and BLS certification in Arizona. Experience in pain management or related fields is preferred.
