Job Description

Our multidisciplinary pain management practice seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team.

In this full-time role, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized care plans, provide direct patient care, interpret diagnostic tests, and educate patients on their conditions and treatments.

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will monitor progress, adjust treatments, and ensure compliant documentation.

Qualifications include an active NP license, RN license, BLS, and DEA license in Arizona. Experience in pain management or related fields is preferred.
