Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our interventional pain management team in Tucson, AZ.
Provide comprehensive care by obtaining patient histories, performing physical exams, and developing treatment plans. Perform diagnostic, therapeutic procedures, and injections such as trigger point and joint injections. Monitor treatment effectiveness and offer patient counseling and education. Coordinate referrals, review lab/radiology reports, and handle medication refill requests. Assist with maintaining accurate records and work collaboratively with staff and physicians. Participate in rotating on-call duties during non-clinic hours. Requirements: Board-certified Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner, BCLS, DEA license, excellent communication skills, and EMR proficiency.
