Responsibilities
Manage clinical care for SNF residents through daily rounds, prescribing medications, and providing patient-centered primary care.
Ensure timely documentation using proprietary EHR and communicate with nursing staff via phone or secure messaging.
Attend scheduled in-person shifts punctually; reliable transportation required.
Shift Details
7AM-1PM local time, Monday-Friday, with flexibility within reason.
Charting can be completed off-site; in-person presence required during shifts.
