Job Description

This Nurse Practitioner position offers starting compensation at $100,000 annually and involves providing primary care across multiple sites in South Carolina, including Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda counties.

As a vital team member, the NP will develop and oversee a community-based primary care program focused on family-centered services. The role emphasizes prevention, health maintenance, education, and evidence-based chronic disease management, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve community health outcomes.
