Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner in Columbus, IN, to join a leading wellness clinic specializing in hormone therapy, athletic recovery, and weight management.

Assess, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients seeking hormone optimization and wellness services.

Perform patient evaluations, administer injections/IV therapy, and monitor progress, adjusting treatments as needed.

Educate patients on therapies, medications, and lifestyle modifications.

Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure cohesive care and high patient satisfaction.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with protocols and regulations.

Qualifications include an Indiana RN license, preferably with experience in hormone or functional medicine, strong communication skills, and a passion for patient wellness.
