Job Description

This Nurse Practitioner position offers a starting salary of $100,000 per year and involves providing primary care across multiple sites in South Carolina, including Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda counties.

The role is central to developing and managing a community-based, family-centered primary care program aimed at improving access, prevention, health maintenance, education, and chronic disease management. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the Nurse Practitioner will enhance health outcomes and promote wellness within the community.

Candidates should have a graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, at least 2 years of experience, and active licensure in South Carolina. Strong clinical skills, effective communication, critical thinking, confidentiality, and the ability to coordinate care are essential. The position involves moderate physical activity and exposure to bloodborne pathogens, with minimal travel required.
