The Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Gastroenterology provides patient-centered care under physician supervision at a clinic in Lubbock, Texas.

  • Evaluates, diagnoses, and manages gastrointestinal and liver conditions such as GERD, IBS, IBD, and liver disease.
  • Orders and interprets diagnostic tests, develops treatment plans, and prescribes medications.
  • Educates patients on disease management, medications, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care and maintains accurate documentation.
  • Participates in staff meetings and quality initiatives, adhering to clinical and legal standards.

    • Qualifications include a master’s degree in nursing, an active Texas NP license, national certification, and at least one year of experience. The role requires on-site work two days per week, with potential for additional shifts, and involves physical activity in a clinical setting. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Snyder, TX before starting. The position emphasizes delivering high-quality, efficient, and team-oriented gastroenterology care.
