Job Description

This part-time Nurse Practitioner position involves 12-14 hours weekly, primarily in early evenings.

They collaborate with the Medical Director to provide primary and acute healthcare to children, oversee nursing staff, and coordinate with other departments for effective medical services.

Responsibilities include conducting physical exams, managing referrals and consultations, reviewing medical recommendations, updating clinic policies, and participating in team meetings and training.

Qualifications include a NYS Nurse Practitioner license, prescriptive privileges with DEA status, CPR/PALS certification, and experience with EHR systems. Essential skills involve strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to lift 25+ pounds.
