Job Description
This part-time Nurse Practitioner role offers 12-14 hours weekly with early evening hours.
Collaborates with the Medical Director to provide primary and acute healthcare to children. Oversees nursing staff and works with other departments to deliver effective medical services. Conducts physical exams, arranges specialist consultations, and reviews medical recommendations. Assists in updating clinic policies, stays current on pediatric health practices, and participates in meetings and training. Maintains professional conduct, confidentiality, and effective communication skills. Requires NYS Nurse Practitioner license, prescriptive privileges, and CPR/PALS certification. Must be able to lift 25+ pounds, sit, stand, walk, and travel as needed. Work is performed in person, supporting the health and wellness of children in a collaborative environment.
