Job Description
Seeking a full-time, exempt provider for in-person roles with a compensation of up to $165,000 annually.
Enjoy 6-hour daily shifts with flexible scheduling, no on-call or overnight duties.
Provide high-quality primary care to SNF residents, including rounding, prescribing, and timely documentation via proprietary EHR and common facility systems.
Be available on-site from 7AM-1PM, with off-site charting possible.
