Join a dedicated team of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants providing exceptional patient care in post-acute facilities within your community. This role involves managing and coordinating patient care, conducting rounds, writing orders, and collaborating with staff and physicians. Comprehensive training, shadowing, and oversight ensure you are well-supported. The schedule features 8-hour shifts, 7 days on and 7 days off, totaling 26 weeks off annually.
