Join a dedicated healthcare team providing exceptional post-acute patient care in the community. This Advanced Practice Provider role involves managing and coordinating patient care, with comprehensive training, shadowing, and support from a Medical Director.
You will work 8-hour shifts, 7 days on and 7 days off, totaling 26 weeks off annually, with full benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
Key responsibilities include delivering quality patient care, effective communication with staff, conducting patient rounds, documenting in electronic records, and coordinating tests and procedures.
