Join a dedicated team of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants providing exceptional patient care in post-acute facilities within your community. This role involves managing and coordinating patient care, conducting rounds, documenting in electronic medical records, and collaborating with healthcare staff.
We offer 8-hour day shifts: 7 days on, 7 days off, totaling 26 weeks off per year, with comprehensive training and oversight from a Medical Director.

Ideal candidates have excellent communication skills, empathy, self-motivation, strong organizational abilities, and relevant licensure (NP license and DEA). Prior experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, ICU, or related fields is preferred.
