We are seeking dedicated physician assistants and nurse practitioners for full-time, in-person roles at skilled nursing facilities, offering flexible schedules with no overnight shifts.
Enjoy 6-hour daily shifts, supportive community access, and streamlined documentation tools like Dragon dictation. Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care, managing medications and treatments, with timely documentation in proprietary and common EHR systems. Be on-site during scheduled shifts (7AM-1PM), ensuring reliable attendance and timely care delivery; reliable transportation is required.
