We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner in Richland, WA to join as an independent contractor performing physical evaluations for the Social Security Disability Office.
Features: Conduct objective exams with brief record review using SSA templates; utilize a user-friendly platform for records and dictation; enjoy low-risk, one-time visits with no follow-up, treatment, or prescribing; supplement income on days off with compensation per exam; set your own schedule and appointment lengths; work in a rented office with an assistant, eliminating overhead. Role: Apply your assessment and evaluation expertise to support claimants’ current physical status. Decisions on disability are made by SSA caseworkers; your role ensures timely, expert examinations to facilitate claim processing. Qualifications: Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Washington and at least 12 months of assessment experience. This part-time, contract, per diem role offers pay between $75-$80/hour with flexible scheduling. In-person work in Richland, WA, is required, and relocation before starting is necessary.
