Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our orthopedic and spine team.

  • Assist surgeons, participate in surgeries, and provide patient examinations, diagnoses, and treatments.
  • Manage general orthopedic, pediatric, and spine patient care, including pre- and post-operative care from admission to discharge.
  • Assess patient needs, distinguish emergencies, and prioritize care accordingly.
  • Accurately document all activities in the EMR.
  • Travel to outreach clinics around Butler County and surrounding areas as needed.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors.

    We offer a competitive salary ($85,000-$90,000), benefits including 401(k) with matching, insurance options, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

    Must be able to commute or relocate to Andover, KS, prior to starting. This is a full-time, in-person position.
