Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner, providing patient care in post-acute facilities within your community.
Manage and coordinate patient care, conduct rounds, document in electronic medical records, and collaborate with staff and physicians.
Maintain accurate records for billing and compliance, and deliver compassionate, effective care aligned with policies and regulations.
Requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with a Nurse Practitioner license and DEA certification.
Preferred experience in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, ICU, Emergency Medicine, or Hospitalist settings.
