As a Nurse Practitioner, you’ll work in outpatient clinics managing chronic conditions and providing dialysis care within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications include at least 2 years of adult chronic disease care, ANP education, valid Colorado license, and full prescriptive authority (or ability to obtain).

Preferred experience in nephrology or internal medicine is highly desirable.
