We seek a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, diagnosing and treating illnesses, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, providing patient education, collaborating with healthcare teams, and maintaining accurate records using electronic systems. Behavioral health support and occupational health services are also part of the role.

Qualifications include a valid Nurse Practitioner license in Alabama, a Master’s degree in Nursing, at least 2 years of experience, and the ability to relocate to Moulton, AL. ICU or ER experience and pediatric care skills are preferred.
