Job Description

Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner with 1-5 years of Primary Care/Internal Medicine experience in Yuma, AZ.
Schedule: Mon-Fri, with travel as needed.
Responsibilities include seeing new patients, follow-ups, post-procedure care, and managing chronic conditions across all ages and insurances.
Must be licensed in AZ, hold a DEA license, and be fluent in Spanish (preferred).
Key skills: excellent communication, EMR proficiency, patient education, teamwork, and organization.
Goals include working independently in clinics and visiting assisted living/nursing facilities.
