Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) for primary care in Sedona, AZ, with occasional travel as needed.

Responsibilities include seeing new patients, follow-ups, post-procedures, managing chronic conditions, and providing care for all ages and insurances. The role involves working independently in clinics and visiting assisted living facilities or nursing homes.

Requirements:

• AZ State License and DEA License
• 1-5 years of primary care/internal medicine experience
• Excellent communication skills; Spanish fluency preferred
• Proficiency in EMR and strong organizational skills
