Nurse Practitioner- Hospice/Palliative/Housecalls

Job Description

This full-time NP position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide compassionate hospice, palliative, and house call care in Idaho.

As a key member of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll conduct in-home visits to support patients with advanced or terminal conditions, focusing on care planning and symptom management.

Qualifications: valid NP license in Idaho and/or Oregon, board certification (ANCC or AANP), valid driver’s license, willingness to obtain licenses if needed, and ability to commute or relocate to Meridian, ID.
