We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide compassionate hospice, palliative, and geriatric house call care in Idaho and Oregon.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care, focusing on advanced care planning and symptom management. Conduct home visits in private residences and care facilities, ensuring continuity of care and regulatory compliance.
