Nurse Practitioner – Mobile Wound Care

Job Description

We are hiring a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join a mobile wound care team providing patient-centered services across various settings.

Provide on-site wound assessments, treatments, and debridements.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and adjust care plans.

Document visits accurately in EMR systems and monitor patient progress.

Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention.

Ensure compliance with regulations, including HIPAA, and stay updated on wound care advancements.

Qualifications: Missouri license required; Illinois license preferred. Certification in Adult-Gerontology, Family, or Acute Care NP. Wound care experience is a plus but training available. Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be willing to travel for training.

Details: Full-time, with a salary range of $113K-$136K, benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and bonus opportunities. Work involves in-person visits with a flexible, mobile schedule.
