Nurse Practitioner – Mobile Wound Care

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our mobile wound care team, providing high-quality, patient-centered services across various settings.

Conduct on-site wound assessments, debridements, and treatments.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.

Accurately document visits and treatments in the EMR system.

Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.

Educate patients and families on wound management and prevention.

Ensure compliance with regulations, including HIPAA.

Stay current with wound care advancements.

Qualifications include a valid NP license in Missouri (and Illinois preferred), certification in Adult-Gerontology, Family, or Acute Care, and strong communication and organizational skills. Wound care experience is preferred but not required; training is provided. Travel to New Orleans for training is required.
