Nurse Practitioner – Mobile Wound Care

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our mobile wound care team providing patient-centered services across various settings.

Provide on-site assessments, debridements, and treatments for wound care patients.

Collaborate with physicians and facility staff to develop care plans.

Document visits accurately in EMR systems and monitor patient progress.

Educate patients and families on wound management and prevention.

Ensure compliance with regulations and stay updated on wound care advancements.

Travel required for training in New Orleans, LA.

Qualifications include active Nurse Practitioner licenses in Missouri and Illinois (preferred), relevant certification, and strong communication skills.
