Nurse Practitioner – Mobile Wound Care

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our mobile wound care team in southern Illinois.

Responsibilities include conducting on-site wound assessments, treatments, collaborating with healthcare teams, documenting care, monitoring progress, and educating patients and families.

Qualifications include an active NP license in Illinois (and Missouri preferred), certification in Adult-Gerontology, Family, or Acute Care, and strong communication and organizational skills. Wound care experience is preferred but training is available.

We offer a competitive salary ($130,000–$135,000), health benefits, PTO, a supportive environment, and retirement options. This full-time role involves in-person care delivery with a flexible, mobile schedule.
