Nurse Practitioner – Mobile Wound Care

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our mobile wound care team, providing patient-centered services across various settings in Southern Illinois.

Provide on-site wound assessments, treatments, and debridements.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.

Document care accurately using EMR systems and monitor patient progress.

Educate patients and families on wound management and prevention.

Ensure compliance with regulations and stay updated on wound care advancements.

Qualifications include: current NP licenses in Illinois (required) and Missouri (preferred), certification in Adult-Gerontology, Family, or Acute Care, valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Wound care experience is preferred but training is available.
