Nurse Practitioner – Mobile Wound Care

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our mobile wound care team, providing high-quality, patient-centered services across various settings.

Provide on-site wound assessments, treatments, and debridements.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.

Document visits accurately in EMR systems and monitor patient progress.

Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention.

Ensure compliance with regulations like HIPAA.

Stay current with wound care advancements.

Qualifications include an active NP license in Illinois (required) and Missouri (optimal), with certification in Adult-Gerontology, Family, or Acute Care. Wound care experience is preferred but not essential, with training provided. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
