Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our mobile wound care team, providing patient-centered services across various settings in southern Illinois.

  • Perform on-site wound assessments, treatments, and debridements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and adjust care plans.
  • Document visits accurately in EMR systems and monitor patient progress.
  • Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and stay current with wound care advancements.

    • Qualifications include an Illinois NP license (preferred in Missouri), certification in Adult-Gerontology, Family, or Acute Care, and a valid driver’s license. Wound care experience is preferred but training is available.
