Job Description

Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide advanced wound care across Green Bay, WI, and surrounding areas. The role offers a competitive salary ($105,000–$150,000) and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting patients with procedures and examinations
  • Collecting medical history and symptoms
  • Administering wound care treatments
  • Assessing vital signs and monitoring wound healing progress
  • Educating patients on conditions and prevention
  • Coordinating care with physicians and providers
  • Updating electronic health records (EHR)
  • Traveling to patients’ homes within the area

    • Qualifications:

  • Active Wisconsin NP license and driver’s license
  • 1+ year nursing experience, wound care experience preferred
  • Comfortable working independently and traveling 100%
  • Strong communication and caring personality
