Nurse Practitioner – Nephrology

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate *Nurse Practitioner (NP)* to join our *Nephrology* team, providing comprehensive care for patients with kidney diseases, hypertension, and electrolyte disorders.

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage renal conditions and dialysis patients.

Conduct assessments, interpret diagnostics, and develop individualized care plans.

Educate patients and families on disease management and prevention.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize outcomes and ensure compliance with standards.

Maintain accurate documentation and support clinical guidelines.

Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctoral degree, current license, national certification, and DEA eligibility. Preferred experience involves managing CKD, ESRD, and dialysis patients, with familiarity in outpatient clinics and EMRs.
