Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated *Nurse Practitioner (NP)* to join our *Nephrology* team, providing comprehensive care for patients with kidney conditions such as CKD, ESRD, hypertension, and electrolyte disorders.

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage renal and related conditions through patient assessments, lab interpretation, and individualized treatment plans.
  • Manage dialysis patients (hemodialysis/peritoneal dialysis) and educate patients/families on disease management and prevention.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize outcomes and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and stay current with safety regulations.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctoral degree, active NP license, national certification, and possibly a DEA license. Prior nephrology or internal medicine experience is preferred.
