Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant specialized in wound care for a full-time role.

Manage wound care in skilled nursing, assisted living, and in-home settings

Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients

Monitor patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams

Maintain accurate medical records and provide patient and family support

Travel within designated areas to deliver care

Qualifications include: Master’s degree in Nursing or PA, Board Certification, experience in wound and ostomy care, strong communication skills, and familiarity with medical software.
