Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA)

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in wound care to join our team.

Manage wound care in skilled nursing, assisted living, and in-home settings.

Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients.

Monitor patient progress and communicate with physicians or specialists.

Maintain accurate medical records and provide emotional support to patients and families.

Travel within designated areas to perform wound care.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Nursing or PA, Board Certified, experience in wound and ostomy care, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with medical software.
