Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in wound care for a full-time position.

Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in in-home, nursing home, and assisted living settings.

Manage wound care at various facilities and monitor patient progress.

Communicate with physicians and specialists, and coordinate referrals.

Maintain accurate medical records and provide emotional support to patients and families.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Nursing or PA, Board certification, experience in wound and ostomy care, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
