Job Description

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established Family Practice Group in Jamestown, NY.

  • Provide high-quality patient care collaboratively with physicians and care teams
  • Manage patient panels using clinical expertise and independent judgment
  • Educate and support patients and families
  • Contribute to improving care delivery processes

    This is a full-time, in-person role requiring relocation to Jamestown, NY before starting work.
