Job Description

We are seeking a skilled nurse practitioner or physician assistant to collaborate with physical medicine & rehabilitation physicians. The role involves providing medical care to patients in an acute care rehab hospital and outpatient settings, as well as assisting with consultations in acute care hospitals.


  • Full-time or part-time position
  • Annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $90,000
  • In-person work location
