Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Description

Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a mobile wound care role in Covington, VA.

Provide expert wound assessments, treatments, and follow-up care in patients’ homes and care facilities.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Document patient encounters using EMR systems accurately.

Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention.

Contribute to reducing rehospitalizations and complications.

Qualifications: VA licensure as NP or PA, clinical assessment skills, good communication, and driver’s license. Home health experience is a plus.

Offerings: Starting salary from $130K, flexible full- or part-time schedule (2-3 days/week), no after-hours work, wound care training, company car, growth opportunities, benefits (health, dental, PTO), and some travel in a company plane.
