Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 1+ year of wound care experience for a mobile role in Covington, VA.
Provide advanced wound assessment, treatment, and follow-up in diverse settings.
Work autonomously within a collaborative team, documenting care using EMR systems.
Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve outcomes and reduce rehospitalizations.
Enjoy flexible full-time or part-time schedules, typically ending by 5:00 pm, with no after-hours work.
Qualifications include VA licensure, strong clinical skills, and a valid driver’s license; home health experience is a plus.
