Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Description

Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with at least 1 year of experience for a mobile wound care role in Charlottesville, VA.

Enjoy flexible full-time or part-time hours, typically 2-3 days weekly, with a schedule ending by 5:00 pm and no after-hours work. Compensation starts at $150K+ annually, negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities include conducting on-site wound assessments, providing treatment, collaborating with healthcare teams, documenting via EMR, and educating patients and caregivers.

Qualifications include Virginia licensure, strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a driver’s license. Home health experience is a plus.
