Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with at least 1 year of experience in wound care to join our mobile team in Lewisburg, WV.
Provide advanced wound assessment, treatment, and follow-up in various settings, including patients’ homes and care facilities. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuous, quality care and educate patients and caregivers on wound management. Utilize EMR systems for documentation and participate in care planning to reduce rehospitalizations. Enjoy flexible scheduling (full or part-time), with no after-hours work, and a typical schedule ending by 5:00 pm. Compensation starts from $130K annually, with benefits including training, a company vehicle, growth opportunities, health and dental insurance, paid time off, and some travel in a company plane. Qualifications include licensure in Virginia, strong clinical skills, good communication, a driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Home health experience is a plus.
