Job Description

Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with at least 1 year of experience for a mobile wound care role in Lewisburg, WV.

  • Provide advanced wound assessment, treatment, and follow-up in various settings, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams and document patient encounters using EMR systems.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on wound prevention and management.
  • Work autonomously with support from licensed teammates, utilizing a company vehicle and occasional travel, including some in a company plane.
  • Enjoy flexible full-time or part-time schedules ending by 5:00 pm, with no after-hours work.

    • Compensation starts at $130K annually, with benefits including health and dental insurance, paid time off, professional growth, and relocation assistance. Home health experience is a plus.
