We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a multidisciplinary team in Boise, offering comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and individualized treatment plans.

You will perform clinical evaluations, prescribe medications in accordance with Idaho regulations, educate patients, and monitor their progress, with training in peripheral musculoskeletal injections.

Ideal candidates hold an Idaho license, have a Master’s degree, and possess strong clinical and interpersonal skills. Experience in pain management is a plus but not required.
