Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with at least 1 year of experience in wound care to join our mobile team in Covington, VA.

  • Provide advanced wound assessment, treatment, and follow-up in patients’ homes and facilities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Utilize EMR systems for documentation and patient records.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention.
  • Work autonomously within a supportive environment, with a licensed teammate present.

    • Offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules (typically 2–3 days/week), with no after-hours work, competitive starting salary from $130K, benefits including health/dental insurance, paid time off, professional growth, and travel opportunities, including some travel in a company plane. Valid VA license and driver’s license required. Home health experience is a plus. Criminal records are not a barrier to applying.
