Job Description

We are seeking a full-time or part-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at clinics in Northome and Bigfork, MN. Enjoy a patient-focused, team-oriented environment with comprehensive medical care, including exams, well-child check-ups, chronic disease management, and treatment of acute illnesses. Appointments typically last 30 minutes, with longer times for physicals and well-child exams.

Providers develop their own patient panels, with physician support available. The clinics are FQHCs, emphasizing patient care without RVU or production pressures. Fully implemented EMR and customized training are provided. Flexible schedules are available, such as 3-4 days per week or additional days for full-time roles.
