Job Description

We are seeking a full-time or part-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for clinics in Northome and Bigfork, MN. Our patient-focused, team-oriented environment offers comprehensive care including physical exams, well-child check-ups, chronic disease management, and treatment of acute illnesses. Appointments typically last 30 minutes, with longer times for physicals and well-child visits. Providers develop their own patient panels, with support from staffed physicians for second opinions. The clinic is a FQHC, with no RVU or production contracts, and utilizes a fully implemented EMR with customized training. Flexible scheduling options are available, including part-time and full-time options.
